No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking tools or external fonts, and it does not load content from third parties.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type is processed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). E-mail is provided by Microsoft. We delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@kentacdis.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI).
